Eligible Returns

Damaged in Transit
Products damaged during shipping are eligible for return.
Defective Product
Faulty or defective items qualify for return.
48-Hour Window
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo Documentation
Include clear photos of the damage or defect with your return request.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pint@poundinternational.net with photos of the damaged or faulty product. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Photos showing the damage or defect.
Order Number
Your order confirmation number.
Packaging Photos
Photos of packaging materials if damaged during transit.
Description
Brief description of the issue and when you discovered it.

Return Processing

Review Time
1-2 business days to review and approve your return request.
Processing Time
3-5 business days after approval to process the return.
Bank Processing
5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Non-Returnable Situations

Change of Mind
Returns cannot be processed for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
Opened or Used
Products that have been opened or used are non-returnable due to health safety regulations.
Late Requests
Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be accepted for review.
Other Exclusions
Products from other retailers are not eligible. Missing packages must be claimed through USPS first.
